You don\u2019t have to turn professional \u2013 the British Amateur Champion gets an automatic invitation along with a number of other amateur golfers.<\/p>\n<p>The US Amateur Championship winner and runner-up earn invites, as do the Asia-Pacific and Latin America Amateur Champions. We wouldn\u2019t mind betting that number could increase by one or two if things are particularly quiet, though\u2026<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"play-in-the-augusta-national-women-s-amateur-3\">Play in the Augusta National Women\u2019s Amateur<\/h2>\n<p>The ANWA takes place the week before The Masters, with competitors getting a practice round and one competition round at Augusta National.<\/p>\n<p>The field is made up of some of the world\u2019s best female amateurs and has been in operation since 2019.
